Within the EU (European Union)

• Most shipping is via DHL or OMNIVA (Estonian Post Office). Whichever you prefer or is ideal to ship to your home country.  

• All orders over €400 receive FREE shipping within the EU.  

• Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled at the HIGH END RESELLER (HER). You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please refer to your tracking information for delivery updates.

• If more than 10 days have passed since your order was processed and you have not received an update from the HIGH END RESELLER (HER), or you have any inquires about your order.

• Orders outside the EU (European Union) are shipped via DHL or OMNIVA. Orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. The High End Reseller is not accountable if you incur customs fees.

• We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur

• Once items have been shipped, The HER (HIGH END RESELLER) is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• All sales are FINAL SALE, Exchange and/or Store Credit in certain cases. Please double check the items condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase.

• ORDER CANCELLATIONS – Contact us within 12 business hours following payment. Note: Once the order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order.

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY

• The customer can exchange the product (in its original state) within 14 days with receipt. Exchanges may be announced in writing. Exchanges can be addressed as an e-mail @thehighendreseller@gmail.com. The product then must be returned to:

• The exchange shipment must take place in form of a REGISTERED MAIL PIECE INVARIABLY. If the return comes from outside the EU, OLD MAN PRODUCTIONS OÜ / CHRISTOPHER DUCKETT will not accept deliveries from certain delivery services. *Please contact by way of email or telephone before mailing back.*

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

• The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective exchange, store credit shall be received (BASED ON PRICE OF PREVIOUS PURCHASE).

• Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded. In the case of a flawless return, OLD MAN PRODUCTIONS OÜ / CHRISTOPHER DUCKETT credits and applies a store credit (VOUCHER)* for the entire purchase price, minus shipping. The customer has to pay the costs of return. IN THE CASE OF A RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, IMPORT FEES AND CHARGES MUST BE PAYED BY THE CLIENT ISSUING THE RETURN.**
